hi, I’m dr. Miranda Myles

I’m an integrative naturopath and clinical acupuncturist, working across fertility and assisted reproduction, gynaecology, hormonal health for women and men, children’s health, and emotional wellbeing.
My approach is evidence-informed, tailored, and thoughtfully individualised.
My approach is informed by both clinical practice and personal experience with IVF.
The disappointment of every period.
The stress, the anxiety, the anger, the quiet fear that settles in when another month passes.
It felt as though pregnancy was everywhere — in my workplace, among friends, in cafés I loved. Even people who hadn’t really been trying seemed to fall pregnant with ease. My path to motherhood was my own, shaped by challenge and choice. Today, I am a mother to my two beautiful children, conceived through donor-egg IVF.
My private practice was established in 2002. My work draws on an integrative approach to health, incorporating multiple disciplines within a coordinated model of care. As a business owner and director, I founded Freyja Health Clinic in Melbourne, a multidisciplinary natural health clinic providing care for women, men, and children.
I’m a hormone & fertility detective.

Blood results provide meaningful insight when interpreted in clinical context. My approach centres on integrative interpretation—bringing together pathology, clinical reasoning, and individual context.
Modern science meets traditional medicine through acupuncture, nutrition, herbal and naturopathic care, homeopathy, and considered lifestyle strategies—brought together in an individualised, integrative model of care.
Clinical work is only part of the picture.
Since 2006, I’ve lectured in nutritional medicine and nutritional biochemistry, taught across leading institutions including Endeavour College of Natural Health and Torrens University Australia, and guest lectured at RMIT and La Trobe University—alongside ongoing contributions to professional education and health podcasts.
