Perimenopause:
when finding your keys is easier than finding your libido, or maybe you’ve lost both.
You’re 40. Your periods are heavier, lighter, longer, shorter — or all of the above. PMS feels like it’s back with a vengeance.
You’re 45. You’re tired, emotional, your weight isn’t shifting the way it used to — and you’re juggling a lot. Surely that’s all it is?
You’re 49. You can’t remember your last period. Sleep is elusive. Everything feels dry, foggy, and unfamiliar — including your libido.
You might be wondering whether this is just how it is now.
Or maybe you’re not even sure what perimenopause looks like — or when it actually begins.
This expert masterclass offers an in-depth, evidence-informed exploration of perimenopause, providing education, context, and perspective to help you better understand the changes that can occur during this transition.
We’ll unpack what’s happening hormonally, what’s common (and what’s not), and the range of approaches people may consider — including lifestyle, nutritional, and medical options — so you can engage in informed conversations with your healthcare team.
Together, we’re shifting the conversation around perimenopause — away from confusion and dismissal, and toward understanding, clarity, and informed choice

YOUR PRESENTER:
Dr. Miranda Myles
I’m in perimenopause myself — right now — and I’m frustrated by how little we were taught about it. This phase of life has long been treated as taboo, spoken about in whispers, if at all. I don’t believe it needs to stay that way.
I want to see perimenopause reframed. I want us to be the first generation of women who talk openly about it with our daughters — honestly, intelligently, and without shame. I want women to understand what’s changing, why it’s happening, and what options may be available to discuss with their healthcare providers.
Perimenopause doesn’t require martyrdom. It doesn’t need to be endured quietly, managed invisibly, or carried alone. It’s allowed to be messy, loud, emotional, and confronting. You’re allowed to name it. You’re allowed to talk about it.
Alongside my own experience, this perspective is shaped by more than two decades in clinical practice as a naturopath, nutritionist, and acupuncturist. Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of women across every stage of hormonal life, witnessing firsthand the role that understanding, education, and informed discussion can play.
This course exists to open the conversation — clearly, intelligently, and without apology
